He provides guidance and knowledge about the standard user; Magician's Red through which he wields the fire-bending stand. He knows about other cultures though he is from Egypt. The pants need some DIY sewing the black ribbon around either leg in the V-shape of the pant. Later you have to paint red circles on the silver belt and black ribbon.
