In Japanese manga and anime Jujutsu Kaisen, Yuji Itadori is a teenage protagonist. Prior to finding the finger of the cursed spirit named Sukuna, Itadori Yuij's life is normal. He can control the cursed energy and harness it after becoming its vessel; which results in him attending Tokyo Jujutsu High, a school for Jujutsu sorcerers. Alongside Megumi and Nobara, he is a first-year student. Prior to joining Jujutsu High, he was only a demonstrator who has above-average physical abilities like speed and superhuman strength. He also earned the nickname "The Tiger of West Junior High". However, as a vessel, he contains rare abilities of the Sukuna's soul. Yuji is a short-tempered but friendly guy with good nature. He is willing to sacrifice himself for others in the honor of his grandpa's dying word.
